Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms govern your access to Launch AI Tools.io and its directory, account, listing, SEO-audit, payment, campaign, and reporting features. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

The service is operated by launchaitools.io, with its business address at H. No. 213, Hasnabad Road, Goshegoan, Maharashtra, India 431135.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

3. Listings and submitted content

  • You must submit truthful, current information for a live product website and provide only text, logos, screenshots, and other materials that you have the right to use.
  • You retain ownership of your content. You grant Launch AI Tools.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, format, display, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to review, publish, and operate your listing and purchased campaign.
  • Every listing is reviewed. We may reject, edit for formatting, unpublish, or remove content that is inaccurate, unavailable, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant, low quality, or infringes another party's rights.
  • A Free Listing has no paid directory campaign or final campaign report. The stated Free Listing review target is within 10 days, but it is not a guarantee of acceptance or publication.

4. Paid launch packages

Starter, Growth, and Pro are one-time service purchases covering 100+, 200+, and 300+ done-for-you directory submissions respectively. The price, quota, and included Launch AI Tools.io listing benefits displayed at checkout form part of your order. Every paid package includes dashboard progress and a final campaign report.

A confirmed payment for Starter, Growth, or Pro unlocks directory selection or delegation while listing review continues. This early setup access is not approval or a guarantee of publication. For every paid plan, fulfillment begins only after payment is confirmed, the related listing is approved and published, and directory selection is finalized by you or delegated to our team.

5. Directory selection and authorization

  • If you choose directories yourself, you must select exactly the directory count recorded on your order for the 100+, 200+, or 300+ package and finalize it once. The list is then locked for fulfillment.
  • Alternatively, you may expressly authorize Launch AI Tools.io to choose all directories included in the package on your behalf.
  • You have 48 clock hours after confirmed payment to complete one of those actions. The exact deadline is displayed in your account and payment-confirmation email. We may send account notifications reminding you to decide.
  • If you take no action before the displayed deadline, you authorize Launch AI Tools.io to delegate the directory choice to its fulfillment team so the campaign can proceed. We will use our standard criteria, including relevance, current availability, eligibility, and submission requirements. Automatic delegation does not publish a listing or begin directory fulfillment before the listing is approved and published.
  • Catalog availability, submission rules, fees, and eligibility can change. If a selected directory becomes unavailable or unusable for submission while your campaign is still in active fulfillment, we will replace it at no additional charge with another active, eligible directory. This operational replacement is permitted even when you finalized the original directory list, and it does not change your purchased submission quota.
  • The replacement obligation ends when the campaign is completed and the final report is issued. If a third-party directory later closes, removes a listing, changes its policies, or becomes unavailable, Launch AI Tools.io is not responsible for replacing or resubmitting that completed work solely because of the later event.

6. What fulfillment means

Our obligation is to deliver the structured submission work included in the purchased package. A campaign reaches its submission quota when the required number of directory items are recorded as Submitted or, where later observed, Live. A Live status is supplementary and is not a separate deliverable.

Third-party directories independently control review, approval, publication, indexing, link attributes, timing, removal, and their own terms. We do not guarantee a live placement, backlink, ranking, traffic, lead, sale, or revenue result. A third-party rejection, delay, policy change, or removal does not by itself mean that Launch AI Tools failed to perform completed submission work.

7. Reports and operational proof

Paid campaign reports are generated from saved fulfillment records and made available through the customer dashboard. Report data and domain metrics are informational snapshots. Private submission-proof screenshots may be made available to the customer who owns the final report through authenticated, short-lived access. They are not publicly accessible and must not be republished without the necessary rights and permissions.

8. Prices, taxes, and payment processing

Published prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes and payment methods may vary by location. Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record and processes the transaction. Its checkout terms and privacy practices also apply. Launch AI Tools.io does not receive your complete card details. Third-party directory fees are not included unless expressly stated in your order.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on timing, the reason for the request, and how much fulfillment work has already been completed. Requests must follow our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
  • submit malware, deceptive content, impersonations, or material that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights;
  • interfere with security, scrape protected account data, evade limits, or attempt unauthorized access; or
  • use automated means in a way that degrades the service or violates applicable third-party terms.

11. Intellectual property and copyright reports

The Launch AI Tools.io service, branding, interface, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that directory, metric, audit, or third-party information is complete or error-free. See our Disclaimer.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launch AI Tools.io and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from the service or a third-party directory. Our aggregate liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, reject an order, or remove a listing when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, address risk, or protect the service or others. Payment and refund obligations that arose before termination continue to apply.

15. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the date above. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
