Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy explains how Launch AI Tools.io collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you browse the site, create an account, submit a listing, purchase a launch package, use the Free SEO Audit, manage a campaign, subscribe to updates, or contact support. Information you provide directly to a third-party site is governed by that site's privacy policy.

For this Policy, the service operator and privacy contact is launchaitools.io, located at H. No. 213, Hasnabad Road, Goshegoan, Maharashtra, India 431135. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@launchaitools.io.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, account identifier, authentication provider, profile role, and session information. If you use Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider process the sign-in exchange.
  • Listing information: product name, website URL, descriptions, categories, tags, contact details, logos, screenshots, features, use cases, and other content you submit. Approved listing content is intended to become public.
  • Order and campaign information: selected package, payment and provider references, amount, currency, invoice link, directory-selection choice or delegation, fulfillment statuses, notifications, notes, and final report data.
  • Payment information: Dodo Payments, our merchant of record and payment processor, collects and processes payment-method and billing details. We receive order, payment-status, customer, tax, and transaction metadata needed to reconcile your purchase, but not your complete card number.
  • Operational proof: authorized administrators may upload private screenshots documenting directory-submission work. These are stored separately from public listing media. They may be viewed by the customer who owns the related final report through authenticated, short-lived access, but are not publicly available.
  • SEO Audit and domain information: the URL you ask us to scan, scan results, a short-lived report cache, email address used to unlock the report, IP address and usage counters used for rate limiting, and cached public domain metrics.
  • Communications: name, email, phone number, subject, message, order details, and related correspondence when you contact us or request support or a refund. We also store operational email contents, recipient addresses, event identifiers, provider message IDs, sending attempts, and acceptance or error status to support reliable delivery and avoid duplicate messages. These delivery records are not public.
  • Optional marketing preferences: if you actively select an optional marketing checkbox or subscribe to updates, we store the consent time and source, outreach status, unsubscribe preference, last template sent, send count, and delivery history. Providing an email solely to unlock an SEO Audit does not by itself create marketing consent.
  • Technical data: hosting, security, and application services may process IP address, request time, browser or device information, URLs requested, error data, and similar logs needed to deliver and protect the service.

3. How we use information

  • create accounts, authenticate users, and secure access;
  • review, publish, maintain, and promote submitted listings;
  • process purchases, verify payment events, prevent duplicate fulfillment, and handle refunds or disputes;
  • provide directory selection, structured fulfillment, progress, notifications, operational proof, and final campaign reports;
  • run the Free SEO Audit and enforce its usage limits;
  • send launch guides, product updates, or approved offers only where you have provided the applicable marketing consent;
  • reply to support, privacy, copyright, and legal requests;
  • diagnose errors, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and improve the service; and
  • comply with legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

4. When we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to service providers that operate parts of the product. Current product integrations include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, realtime updates, and public listing-media storage;
  • Vercel for application hosting, request processing, and delivery;
  • Cloudflare for DNS, network protection, and bot-verification services when enabled;
  • Dodo Payments as merchant of record and payment processor for checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks;
  • Resend for automated transactional email and consent-based marketing delivery;
  • Cloudflare R2 for private submission-proof images that may be viewed by authorized staff and the customer who owns the related final report; and
  • Ahrefs and OpenPageRank when public domain metrics are requested or refreshed.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Public information

Published listing names, descriptions, website links, logos, screenshots, categories, tags, and selected listing metrics are public and may be indexed, copied, or cached by search engines and third parties. Do not include confidential or unnecessary personal information in content intended for publication.

6. Cookies and authentication

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to maintain authentication sessions, security, and application preferences. Blocking required cookies may prevent login, checkout return handling, dashboard access, or other account features from working correctly.

The cookie-choice banner stores your selection in the first-party cookie launchaitools_cookie_consent for up to six months. Essential storage remains active because it is needed to provide and secure requested features. Optional measurement technologies must check for your permission before loading. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Cloudflare Turnstile may be loaded on protected forms as a strictly necessary fraud-and-abuse prevention service.

7. Legal bases and choices

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract with you, act on your request before entering a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, or based on consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent us from providing the related feature.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing your account and public listing, documenting purchased work, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Different records have different retention periods. Short-lived SEO Audit report data is designed to expire from its application cache, while transaction, consent, campaign, and legal records may need to be retained longer. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer required, subject to technical backups and legal exceptions.

Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages but does not suppress essential account, security, purchase, fulfillment, or support communications. We retain a minimal suppression record so an unsubscribed address is not added back accidentally.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including authenticated access, role checks, database row-level controls, and private access for submission-proof images. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. International processing

Launch AI Tools.io and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy laws can differ between countries. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers. Contact us if you need more information about a transfer relevant to your data.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, information about use or disclosure, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have a right to appeal or complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email support@launchaitools.io. Include the account email and describe the request, but do not send passwords or complete card details. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version and changing the date above. We will provide additional notice when required by law.

Questions, complaints, and privacy requests may be sent to support@launchaitools.io, or by post to launchaitools.io, H. No. 213, Hasnabad Road, Goshegoan, Maharashtra, India 431135.
