Launch AI Tools.io respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. We review properly submitted copyright complaints and counter-notices, including notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable.

Launch AI Tools.io may host listing text, logos, screenshots, and other materials supplied by submitters, and may link to third-party websites. This process applies to material hosted on Launch AI Tools.io. For content hosted only by another website, contact that website's operator.
Copyright infringement notice
If you believe material hosted on Launch AI Tools.io infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email support@launchaitools.io with the subject "Copyright Notice" and include:
Postal notices may be sent to launchaitools.io, H. No. 213, Hasnabad Road, Goshegoan, Maharashtra, India 431135. Email is the preferred method for faster review.
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and the exact Launch AI Tools.io URL where it appears, with enough information for us to locate it;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice may expose you to liability. Consider whether an exception such as fair use applies before sending a notice.
Our response
We may request missing information, remove or disable access to material, preserve relevant records, and notify the affected submitter. We may forward the notice, including contact information, to the submitter or as otherwise required to process the claim.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened through mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the subject "Copyright Counter-Notice" and include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number;
- a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court—or, if your address is outside the United States, a judicial district where the service provider may be found—and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
Where the DMCA process applies, we may restore material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original claimant informs us that a court action has been filed to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat infringement
In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers and reject or remove related listings.
Other intellectual-property concerns
Trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other non-copyright complaints should be clearly identified and sent to support@launchaitools.io. This Policy is not legal advice.
