Codos
Codos combines enterprise AI software and hands-on engineering to connect company knowledge, map workflows, and deploy measurable AI automations.
Codos helps midsize companies and enterprise business units put AI to work across their operations. It combines enterprise AI software with hands-on engineering to connect organizational knowledge, identify useful automation opportunities, and turn them into working business processes. The approach has three stages: • Diagnose: AI-led interviews capture how work happens across the company. Codos engineers assess workflows, systems, data, and implementation needs to identify bottlenecks and prioritize opportunities. • Map: The Company Brain brings approved company information into shared context for people and AI agents. It connects knowledge about teams, workflows, decisions, commitments, metrics, and relationships across sources such as Notion, Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, Google Sheets, meeting notes, and interviews. Company Brain is deployed on infrastructure the customer controls. • Run: Codos engineers work with internal teams to build, evaluate, and deploy automations. Initiatives have defined owners, acceptance criteria, and a review process. Results are compared with an agreed baseline so the business can assess their impact. Codos serves organizations typically employing 300–3,000 people across fintech, e-commerce, technology, real estate, retail, and services—helping CEOs, executive teams, and AI teams move from identifying AI opportunities to deploying measurable automations in everyday operations.
